Introduction
Wisdom is a funny thing, it's not something that you invent or create with your mind, but rather it is the ability to discern the Truth about what you have been told ( by others, by perception, or by intuition ) on a subject, which usually takes a lifetime to master. This Blog is a compilation of what I have heard about the beginning of human Life; and after removing the cloudy and confusing noise of every type of human opinion on the matter, a voice rang out and shouted, "It’s the Breath of Life"
Simply put there is a profound truth based upon human wisdom and understanding that reveals human life and human personhood and human individuality begins at the breath of life. Human life comes out of the womb of a Mother, it does not begin inside the womb.
The purpose of this Blog is to demonstrate by reasoned arguments that Humanity comes from the womb, that an individual human being possessed with personhood begins at the breath of life. And second is to demonstrate, by a simple display of a Club Logo, that most American Citizens support a National Viability abortion standard.
FIRST, the Blog offers the proper Scientific, American Political, and Biblical understanding of the beginning of human life. For generations prior to the modern age, humanity was thought to begin at birth. Then came the realization that sometimes near to birth, if a womb miscarries or a womb is ruptured by circumstances that a fetus takes a breath and a human being is born. As time has progressed, modern religions like the Catholic Church and some other American Christian denominations, have professed that Human Life begins earlier than viability, even to the point of conception, because of the development of the modern science of biology.
'In 19th Century America abortion was an acceptable practice and in its second half about 67% of Mothers seeking an abortion were married. Then in 1847 the American Medical Association (AMA) started a criminalization campaign against abortions for several reasons but the main being the belief that abortion was an inherently immoral practice that went against their Hippocratic Oath; being they believed, with their limited medical knowledge at the time, that life began at conception.' From that time forward, various and mostly restrictive anti-abortion laws where passed around the Country by the States, but than in 1973 the Supreme Court wisely decided Roe v Wade creating a viability standard for the beginning of human life. But the current Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v Wade and sending the decision back to the States, with each State determining for itself when human life begins and then enacting abortion laws to protect that human life, is Complete Hogwash and a Travesty of American Jurisprudence. This erroneous decision needs to be overturned to restore the Freedoms lost by pregnant Mothers with a Federal viability abortion standard, and until then State by State if necessary. Believe in life, but only real life, and don't try to turn a Mother's unviable fetus into a human person.
A free democracy like the United States of America can look to religious beliefs for guidance in determining individual freedoms and when they apply, but the final answer of when Human life begins for an American citizen must be plainly set forth with Human Wisdom and Understanding, like done in the Roe v Wade decision, and not allow mere religious belief to take precedence. America has no national religion, nor should it be technically called a Christian nation, its just that our Nation uses some fundamental guiding principles of Humanity, found in the Bible, to elicit endowed fundamental human rights.
With the above correct understanding of the beginning of human life there is a humane and loving Truth, solution, to the debate surrounding abortion. It's the Breath of Life. With an abortion ban after the fetus becomes viable and the above exceptions shines forth with true American Wisdom, Freedom, Liberty, Life and the Pursuit of Happiness. And it's all based upon the profound and wise understanding of when Human Life begins for Humanity.
