The Harm vs Benefit of Overturning Roe v Wade.

The saddest part of the unwise Supreme Court decision, by Justice Alito overturning Roe v Wade, that strips from Women their ability to control their Motherhood and their inability to obtain proper medical care during pregnancy is all the harm caused to pregnant Mothers and their Families.

A pregnant Mother who lives in a State with a strict anti-abortion standard has the chance, with an abnormal pregnancy, to experience trauma, agony, abuse, harm and possible death because of the lack of proper medical care caused by the overturning of Roe v Wade. ‘PPROM’ is one condition a pregnant Mother could face when she experiences a pre-viability preterm pre-labor rupture of the membranes of the womb. Since the overturning of the Roe v Wade viability standard, the standard of care per the American College of ObGyns.(ACOG) is the option to perform a termination of the pregnancy or abortion. See the following great article about two real Florida’s Mother’s experiences with this travesty of justice ( news.yahoo.com/two-friends-were-denied-care-215434230.html ).

To really fulfill the mission of this Weekly Opinion 2,  I am needing to ask my Blog readers for help in adding the remaining content to this opinion page. The second list will be of all the real pregnant Mothers, who were harmed (physically, mentally and/or economically)  by a specific consequence caused by the overturning of Roe v Wade.
