To be free, Women need to regain the right to determine their pregnancy ( the time they are fashioning the flesh of a new living being ) and obtain proper medical care for their Body and the Government should only intrude on this Fundamental Human American Right when Humanity begins at viability, It’s the Breath of Life.

The overturning by the Supreme Court of the Roe v Wade decision of 1974 is a morally evil if not criminal act by the five Justices who were the majority. Justice Alito’s opinion in eliminating the national viability standard of Roe v Wade and letting individual States decide their own abortion standard has caused untold sad stories of expectant mothers being denied proper medical care and having to suffer both mentally and physically; all because State law wants to give rights to a piece of flesh of her body and determine the course of her pregnancy.

The Supreme Court, the third branch of our government, is supposed to be the final ( ie. Supreme ) arbitrator or interpreter of the Constitution. The Court is tasked with upholding the Wisdom of the Constitution with their decisions, based upon American history and Constitutional language. In this modern world of vast knowledge Fundamental human freedoms, even fundamental basic civil ones, need to be defined and protected by the Supreme Court and not returned to the States, or better said, left to political factions to divide our Nation and harm are National Prosperity.

The Supreme Court failed miserably by overturning Roe v Wade because our nation, the United States of America, is a united nation that protects its Constitutional Freedoms across the entire United States. In a single stroke of a pen, this Court has clouded a Woman’s Constitutional Civil Rights, all based upon a characteristic of her human body. If this sounds familiar, harken back to the last century and the civil rights movement when a persons skin color clouded school, bathroom, and certain seating arrangement choices; whereas now it’s a Woman’s growth of an unviable fetus, her flesh and blood (a body part), clouding her right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Women have been stripped of part of their Fundamental Constitutional Freedoms by this Court by overturning Roe v Wade. All Freedom Loving Americans, it is time to get half our citizens, Women or more appropriately Mothers to-be, their freedom back to determine privately, with proper medical advice, whether to have a full term pregnancy prior to viability.

If the harm, both physical and mental, caused by the overturning of Roe v Wade was caused by a corporation or Doctor or any other person, they would be prosecuted both criminally and civilly for their action. Yet our Supreme Court is cloaked in a vail of immunity and you would have though they would have considered all this harm to American citizens and found a more humane way to deal with the abortion issue.
